Tuna and Cheese Pâté

Servings: 4
Preparation: 20 Minutes


160 g canned tuna
by taste black pepper
0.5 teaspoon paprika
bit of parsley
10 g butter
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
20 g parmesan

— grated

2 pcs eggs
40 ml tomato juice
40 g feta cheese


Blend tuna inside a blender, then add boiled eggs and parmesan.
Add cayenne pepper and chilli powder by taste.
Add feta cheese and butter.
Add tomato juice and a little bit of parsley.
For first time add half of parsley than it’s shown on the photo.
Add black pepper by taste and then blend all into thick soft paste, like shown in the image.
