Sweet and salty Pork

1 pc cucumber
bit of black pepper
by taste salt
350 g pork
100 g pineapple
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pc Bell pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 cloves garlic
1 pc onion
100 g champignons


Wash the pork, dry it well and the cut it into stripes.
Crush garlic with Garlic Press or chop it (mince) into bits with Chef's knife.
Cut cucumbers into stripes.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Cut mushrooms and red pepper into sticks.
Cut pineapple into cubes (or buy already cut pineapple from a can).


Warm oil in a wok (or bigger pan). Add the pork and garlic. Cook for about 3 – 4 minutes while steering.
Add the onion.
Add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add salt and black pepper, by taste.
Add the cucumbers and red pepper.
Add the mushrooms and pineapple. After then cook all for 2 – 3 minutes more.
If the vegetables doesn't add enough liquid, add tablespoon or 2 of water.
