Coconut Balls

Ingredients

500 g coconut flour
100 g hazelnuts
500 g powdered milk
250 g margarine
500 g sugar
2 dl water

Preparation

Quickly cook hazelnuts on a high temperature. Afterwards peel them off.
Boil water in a medium size pot. Stir in and melt sugar and margarine.
Remove the pot from the heat and slowly stir in powdered milk and 400g of coconut flour. Then leave it to cool down.
Make small balls from the dough and in the middle of every one put one hazelnut.
If the dough is too soft and is difficult to shape balls, just add more coconut flour.
Cover the balls with remaining coconut flour.
