Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 tablespoon mustard
1 pc apple
600 g chicken meat
bit of salt
by taste black pepper
1 dl water
1 pc egg
1 pc onion
1 pc lemon

— 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

150 g bacon

— thin sliced

100 g bread

Preparation

Clean onion and mince it well.
Wash chicken, remove skin, and separate bones from a meat. Use blender or meat grinder to grind the meat.
You can also buy chicken fillets and save time.
Scramble an egg.
Dip bread into water. Drain it and crunch them into breadcrumbs.
Take one apple and remove skin layer. The cut the apple into 1 x 1 cm cubes.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the apple cubes.
Grind with blender or meat grinder 50g of bacon.

Mixing ingredients

Put chicken, bacon and crumbled bread into a bigger size dish, and add the scrabbled egg.
Add onion, the apple cubes and a tablespoon of mustard.
Add salt, black pepper and mix all.

Shaping and Baking

Shape the loaf with your wet hands.
Lay remaining bacon strips over the loaf.
Lay the loaf into a heat proof dish and pour 1dl (dL) water on it. Bake in a preheated oven on 200°C for about 45 mines.
