Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

bit of salt
300 g macaroni
Sauce
by taste salt
10 ml sunflower oil
100 g milk
3 pcs eggs
300 g feta cheese

Cooking Macaroni

Boil salted water in a medium size skillet.
When the water boils, add macaroni and cook them until they softens.

Filling

Take another dish, add eggs and stir them vigorously.
Add and crumble feta cheese.
Pour in milk.
Add oil and stir.
By taste add salt. Take a note that feta cheese is already pretty salty. Other kind of cheese you should salt.

Baking

Put the macaroni inside heatproof dish and pour filling over them..
Bake macaroni on 220°C up to 15 minutes, or until they brown a little.
Because you are using heatproof dish, put the macaroni in a cold stove.
